5. It has been awhile since your last dental visit.
You may not intentionally avoid the dentist, but feel you are too busy to make an appointment. As dental tips include visits every six months, make a point of fitting it into your schedule. A professional cleaning and routine examination can prevent dental problems and detect problems in their earliest stages.
